SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE OFFER<\/strong>

\n\u2022 Transfer from airport to hotel on arrival & hotel to airport on departure.
\n\u2022 Transfer by air-conditioned mini bus from Islamabad to Chilas and back to Islamabad at the end of the expedition. The specification of minibuses are as below:

2 Accommodation<\/strong>
\nAccommodation will be provided based on following hotels sharing twin\/double occupancy.<\/p>\n

Islamabad: Hill View Hotel\/Grand Regency Hotel (4 nights) bed & breakfast
\nChilas: Panorama Inn\/ Shangrila Midway (2 nights) with three meals
\nNote: If rooms in hotels mentioned above are not available, accommodation in any other hotel with equal standard will be provided. Check in before 10:00 am is subject to previous night charges<\/p>\n

3 Low altitude porters<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Low altitude porters to carry expedition food, camping equipment and group luggage.
\n\u2022 Free baggage allowance for members personal gear and collective expedition equipment would be as below:<\/p>\n

Way up (from Halala Bridge to Base Camp)
\n3 porters per climber<\/p>\n

Way down (from the Base Camp to Halala Bridge)
\n2 porters per climber<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 For extra personal luggage please check extra luggage charges.
\n\u2022 The porter cost is inclusive of their wages, food, equipment, kerosene oil, tarpaulin, cooking stove and insurance.<\/p>\n

\nLunch: One dish lunch at the base camp and picnic lunch during trek
\nDinner: Complete meal; soup, two\/three dishes, salad and desert<\/p>\n

8 Fresh Meat and Vegetable<\/strong>
\nClimberCA has special arrangements to supply fresh meat and vegetables to the base camp time to time besides tin food\/fruit when the duration of expedition is for longer period.<\/p>\n

9 Local staff<\/strong>
\nDaily wages, food, kit, insurance, accommodation of following staff is included in the price.

NOTE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 All expedition members will go together in one group and come back together. If group splits due to personal reasons, the cost will be charged additionally.
\n\u2022 Extra hotel nights (if any) will be charged to group members.
\n\u2022 Any extra cost due to road blockade or any other unforeseen reason will be charged in addition to normal package offer.
\n\u2022 If government imposes a fee or new condition resulting extra charges (after the package is submitted) the same will be charged in addition to normal package offer.<\/p>\n
