Like every year in autumn ClimberCA has fixed the Fixed Departure Expeditions as confirmed packages for International group joining expeditions. September-October-November is the most recommended season for the Mt. Manaslu, Himlung Himal & Ama Dablam (the Jewel of the Himalaya) expeditions in Nepal and the total duration of the expedition itinerary will be as mentioned days in the itineraries below to each expeditions team or individuals.
Hence, we would like to appeal and request to all local and international agents as well as the climbing members and mountaineers for joining to the expeditions and save the budget and take financial benefits with maximum summit opportunity. 18 Oct: Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and Hotel transfer.
19 Oct: Day 02: Briefings, Last minute shopping and formalities.
20 Oct: Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2840m) and trek to Phakding (2800m); lodge.
21 Oct: Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m); lodge.
22 Oct: Day 05: Rest and acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar; lodge.
23 Oct: Day 06: Trek to Tyangboche (3860m); lodge.
24 Oct: Day 07: Trek to Ama Dablam Base camp (4400m). Camping
25 Oct- 10 Nov: Day 08-25: Climbing period to summit Ama Dablam (6,812m).
11 Nov: Day 26: Trek to Tengboche (3860m); lodge.
12 Nov: Day 27: Trek 7hrs from Tengboche to Monjo (2800m).
13 Nov: Day 28: Trek 5hrs from Monjo to Lukla (2840m).
15 Nov: Day 29: Fly back to Kathmandu, D-brieffing.
16 Nov: Day 30: Departure, end of trip.

° Three meals a day (BLD-tea-coffee) and twin sharing tea house accommodation during trek, freshly cooked 3 meals, tea or coffee by professional cook in Advance Base Camp.
° Baggage allowance for trekking up and down is 40kg: 30kg ration per person.
° National Park's entrance fees as per required.
° TIMS card (Trekker’s Information Management System).
° Expedition royalty and climbing permit for climbing.
° Wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurances for Sherpa guide and other staffs.

Note: The summit Bonus after the approaching the summit of each mountain are subject to pay to the Climbing Sherpa directly by climbing member: 1. Ama Dablam & Himlung Himal: Minimum US$ 500.00 per Sherpa & Manaslu: US$ 700.00 minimum Per Sherpa.)
Note: ° Cost defers on Hotel Category for Hotels in Kathmandu.
° The itinerary is changeable and modifiable as per needs and time frame of the clients.
